This course covers social worker’s ethical considerations in infant adoption, focusing specifically on the treatment of women considering an adoption plan for their baby. Key principles of social work and child welfare are explored and then applied to real life scenarios.
For as long as she can remember, Kathyrn has had a desire to work in a supportive capacity with children and families. Her 20 plus year career in Child Welfare includes various professional roles with private agency foster care and adoptions. Kathyrn has worked as an individual, family, and group therapist serving people with mild to severe mental health diagnosis and substance use.
